STAKEHOLDER: A young college under graduate student who just completed Bachelors degree working
to become an Entrepreneur and start his own business.
SAY:
1. Could not focus. Most of the time losses focus and concentrates on smaller problems that do
not require his attention at that point of time.
2. Could not prioritize tasks depending on situation.
3. Not able to complete the tasks that he needs to complete.
4. Last minute juggling to finish the tasks.
DO:
1. Needs to evaluate constantly and prioritize the tasks
2. Needs to set deadlines to solve the task.
3. Aim should be not to get excited to solve the entire problem at a particular point of time. Will
need a task first before he can start another unless the task needs to be completed urgently and
has a high priority.
THINK:
1. I think there is a need to understand the task completely and not to get overwhelmed.
2. Assessing the task that need to be finished are very critical.
FEEL:
1. Understanding the task is very important to prioritize a task.
2. Unless the problem or task is defined and understood completely it will be very difficult to set
deadlines in order to finish the task completely.
3. If improper deadlines are set then it will be very difficult to manage and all the tasks in the end
will seem to be important. This is cause anxiety to finish the task and will loose focus on the
thing that need to be completed.
Problem Statement:
Enoch Joy a you college under graduate who just completed his college need to understand and redefine
his approach to a task so that he will be able to prioritize his task and provide timelines or deadlines
which will be achievable.
