We started off by looking at how we could reach
16 -24 year olds that were out of work in
selected locations

We wanted to encourage the age group that we
were reaching to engage.

We set a minimal target
Identified the date of the Jobsfair
Selected the interests the users age
group we wanted to engage with
Selected the period of time that the
user would be in the area for

5. Monitor the response of targeted user
During the period of posting we were able to
monitor the response to out post

6. Likes and Engagement
We were able to monitor our Link clicks
The number of likes we attracted
The amount of engagement we had

7. Reach
We were able to see how many people were
reached through boosting and how many were
reached through Organic process

8. Compare & Contrast
By Posting in 2 areas we identify different approahes to success or failure

9. Result achieved
Engagement with our 16-24 year old achieved
