1. Media- Opening of our Thriller Film Character Backgrounds Our Film is only set to have two characters. Below I have given a detailed background of each our ‘Villain’ and our ‘Victim’. Victim: We are likely to portray our victim as having a slight mental condition such as Schizophrenia as this would have us something to work with when our character either breaks down on his bike or has a drug related flashback. I think it would probably be best to bring the character off as a kind of loner/nobody which will make the darkness of the film a little more menacing as there is no one to help him! He will be very plain which once again plays on the loner card as he hasn’t really had a group to style like (although this is hypothetically speaking as his only attire for our film is likely to be a motorcycle jacket) But apart from that he will be relatively normal (I am using normal purely as a comparison to an average boy not to offend Schizophrenia sufferers). Villain: This guy is similar to our victim, almost like a grown up version. Someone who we can say has had a difficult life as an outcast captivated to stalking people. To sum up his intellect: Big, Dumb and clumsy
