The contracted candidate is placed, after the selection-process is completed of a candidate by the client. </li></ul><ul><li>  </li></ul><ul><li>Recruiting Management: (PERMANENT POSITION): </li></ul><ul><li>If the position is permanent based, we ensure processing right profiles and best of the short-listed candidates are scheduled for the client interview. If required, we provide end-to-end contribution from screening to compensation-negotiation. We give a replacement, if the recruited person leaves the job within 3 months from the date of joining. </li></ul>
