Level 1 – Incipiens
Player spawns falling from a helicopter, landing on
the rooftop of the building beneath.
Player has to jump over gaps to get onto the next
step of rooftops.
Player comes across the first ‘Trapped Civilian’
behind some breakable objects who gives them a
new weapon.
Soon after the player must face various hordes of
Zs as they go along the level, jumping over gaps and
saving civilians. This introduces the players to get a
taste of what the rest of the game will be like, with
the run and gun theme always present.
Eventually the player will arrive at the last rooftop
where a supply drop has been sent and lands. This
signifies the ending of the level and the player is
given a score for how many Zs they killed, how
many items they collects, how many times they
died etc.
Level 2 - Trapped
Player begins inside the building they were on top of,
and they must fight their way through to the other
side.
New type of enemy is introduced: Carrier
More power ups introduced, bringing new weapons
into the playing field.
Finally the player reaches the supply drop, just outside
of the building they were inside of.
Eventually player will reach an area just before the
location of another supply drop, where they are
introduced to the horde mode styled stage in which a
large number of enemies spawn and attack the player
for a minute.
Level 3 – Rogue
Player spawns the middle of a street where they then
fight through enemies.
The player has to fight through more enemies till they
reach a military facility.
Path 1 – Subway
Player eventually comes across a level intersection,
where they can either jump over the entrance to the
other path or follow the other path.
Path 2 – Street
Player starts to encounter Z’s that can
climb walls and will be faced with
environmental obstacles like moving
trains and falling debris.
Player continues onwards through the
street, jumping over destroyed vehicles
and running through destroyed building
whilst fighting Z’s.
Players eventually reach the end of that
path, obtaining a vehicle with a mounted
gun, which they can control whilst driving.
The paths join once again.

Here they must fight the first Z Boss: Be-Z-moth (large
and muscly Z that will throw rocks, jump back and
forwards and punch the ground, causing a shockwave).
The level then finishes, causing a small cutscene to
trigger in which the player then enters the facility.
Level 4 – Infiltration
The player begins the entrance of the facility, so the
player must fight through enemies and a new enemy
type: Matter.
Player continues to fight through the facility where
they are then given a choice to go through some vents
or continue through a door.
After going in an elevator and going down, player is
dropped into a large room filled with test subjects
inside incubation chambers, triggering a small
cutscene where the player’s character looks around.
Player is then put into a horde situation, where they
must fight the test subjects, which have now broken
the glass on their chambers.
Path 2 – VentsPath 1 – Door
Player fights a few more enemies until
they reach the end of the level just outside
a large blast door.
Player fights a few crawling zombies
within the compact vents, until they reach
the vent exit/end of the level.
Level 5 – Sickness
Level begins with the player either dropping from the
vents or next to the blast door, with signs on the wall
pointing out that they are in the entering the sewage
section.
Player runs through the sewers, killing Z’s covered in
sewage. They must also avoid toxic waste barrels
falling from the sewer tunnels and kill Z-diles.
Once the player finally reaches the end of the sewer
tunnel, they are thrown into a much larger room with
rotating blades inside the water in which if they fall in
they will die. They will also fight a few more enemies.
After a while, the player comes across a section where
small waves of enemies attack , making the player stop
to kill them, then advance rinse and repeat.
Eventually the player reaches a door with a lever,
which once pulled by the character leads to the next Z
Boss: The Zick, a Z which pukes bile on the floor that
damages the player if stood on and spits infected bile
at the player. Once defeated, a small cutscene begins
showing the character going through the door they just
opened
Level 6 – Shadows
The player begins in a slightly darkened room, where
their character now has a flashlight to enable the
player to see their surroundings.
Player fights through, slowly ascending through the
facility through getting in elevators or jumping up
platforms.
Eventually the player will reach a dark room where
they get radio interference, leading to them being
attacked shortly afterwards by the next special Z type:
Cha-Z-leon.
The player finally reaches a hangar in which they are
able to enter a vehicle with a mounted gun, lead by a
horde mode event.
Once the player is done with the event, they continue
onwards outside until they reach the escape helicopter
hovering above a landing pad.
Level 7 – Humanity
Level begins with a small cutscene of the player getting
inside the helicopter, followed by the helicopter lifting
off the ground and flying off to the right.
The level proceeds with the player manning one of the
guns on the helicopter and shooting down at the Z’s,
close enough to be hit by their attacks so they must kill
them before they are hit. If the player is to die, they
will respawn outside of the helicopter in a jet, and is
controlled the same way as the vehicle with the
mounted gun. When all players die, the helicopter will
disappear and all players will now be in a jet.
Closer to the end of the level, the player will come to
one last stop where they must fight the final Z Boss:
The Virus. This boss, once killed, will split into two
copies of his original self, where they must also be
killed, splitting into two for one last time.
After the boss, the player must escape the facility they
were just fighting on whilst fighting off Z’s.
The level ends with the player finally arriving at the
evacuation helicopter, followed by a cutscene of the
player getting in, flying off and the credits rolling in
front of a sunset.

Level Flow Charts for my Game
