What to expect in a Reiki treatment

clothed during a
Reiki treatment
apart from
removing your
shoes, watch
and any bulky
necklaces.

3. Common things people see me for are:
* emotions due to relationship breakdowns
* increasing productivity
* helping them to relax and unwind
* helping them to think clearly and access what it is
they truly want
* helping them to deal with day to day stress
* helping them with their focus

4. A standard treatment
lasts one (1) hour. You
will be laying on a
massage table either
face up or face down
depending on the
areas being worked
on. For people who
have trouble getting
on a massage a table,
a seated treatment is
given.

5. I work from your head down the body to your
feet. I place my hands both on and above the
body.

6. What you experience depends on where you are
mentally, physically and emotionally at the time
of treatment and will be different each time you
have a treatment.
Some people experience heat, cold, tingling ,
muscle twitching and releasing, see colours or
feel like they have melted into the table. Others
become so relaxed they fall asleep and
remember very little of the treatment. Snoring is
one of the biggest compliments you can give a
Reiki Practitioner , as it shows you are very
relaxed.
