Product description:
BD7012 super wear resistant coating is the high performance wear & corrosion resistant material
compounded by high performance wear resistant material and modified toughening resin.Two component,black
paste,small particle,heat for curing.Widely used in the repairing of various heavy duty medium wear-out part and
the preparation of wear resistant coating on the surface of machine part which has wear resistant,corrosion resistant
requirements.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment: Do coarsening treatment on the pending-repair part,grinding with angle grinder or sand
blasting etc,the surface after coarsening treatment should be cleaned,the surface after this treatment should be the
one coarsening,dry and fresh substrates,should be no greasy dirt and dust.
(Then make the undercoat mix uniformly according to the ratio 2:1 and blade coating on the surface of metal
substrates,in guarantee under the premise of no shortage of adhesive,the adhesive layers should be the thinner the
better,then wait for the undercoat initial curing.This step is optional,can improve the adhesive strength between
wear resistant layers and substrates.)
2.Configuration: Make A and B component mix uniformly according to weight ratio 4:1,generally it’s while
construction and configuration,don’t configure too much adhesive every time,too much adhesive is not easy to mix
uniformly.(When the temperature is low,the viscosity of 7012 is high,not suitable for mixing uniformly,should
separately heat up A and B component first, then mix uniformly.)
2. 3.Coating: The suitable coating thickness of BD7012 is 4~20mm,make the proportioned adhesive blade
coating on the metal substrates repeatedly,make the base material wet up the substrates,then make the mixed-up
material press coating on the pending-repair part repeatedly.After the coating is coated to the required size,pat it to
be compacted first,then blade coating in a single direction to make the surface be smooth,should pay attention to
controlling the coating thickness during repairing,in order to avoid appearing interference phenomenon in the
assembly.
4.Curing condition:Place it for 48 hours at the temperature of 25℃ for fully curing first,when the
temperature is below 15℃ in winter,need to bake it with iodine tungsten lamp or use other heating measures to
promote the curing.
