5. THE BEST WAY TO LEAD
EACH OF THEM…
Danny – Participative, because he is a creative person and knows how to
entertain and get attention when needed, so if given a task he could accomplish it
his own way in a creative manner.
Michael- Participative, since he has a lot of work behind the scenes in creating
hits it would be helpful to get his input of ideas in order to captivate the largest
audience possible for the cause.
Jessica- Authoritative, she is not one known for her wisdom, so giving her
specific directions and using her pre existing celebrity and fitness endeavors by
no questions asked tasks to complete her use to the team would be optimized
6. HOW THE Y WILL
CONTRIBUTE…
Danny & Michael Jacobs- I would use the two of them to create shorts and
commercials in order to captivate audiences and develop an emotional attachment to
the audience all centered around biking. I will focus Danny more on comedic shorts
and Michael on more dramatic areas. By running both of their creations simultaneously
either via the web or short segments during commercials it will appeal to a larger
audience by not just focusing on one genre of film.
Jessica- I will use her singing ability to throw fundraising concerts and talent shows
where she is a judge along with my other celebrities. Along with her talents I will put to
use her current weight loss “struggle” by getting her to start a cycling for fitness
campaign where her weight and fitness level is monitored and others (the audience)
can track their levels in relation to hers so it develops a connection inspiring more
people to want to donate to the production of more bike paths in orlando.
7. TEAM BUILDING…
For my team exercise I will first start the campaign with a
form of “America’s Got Talent” contest in Orlando and have
them all as judges forcing them to work together in order to
choose a winner (with the winners prize being a path portion
named after them as well as opening for Jessica’s concerts). I
will hold the contests all over the city and have them travel
together by bus, forcing them to interact with each other and
learn more about their fellow “promoters”.
8. GOTTA KEEP THEM
MOTIVATED…
By setting Danny and Michael in similar projects in
different genres I hope to create an unspoken competition
in order to keep them motivated to strive for improvement.
Jessica’s fitness program will also be used to motivate her
to keep it up since it will be seen by large amounts of other
people and positive results are something she could show
off to the media which is what most celebrities crave.
