TITLE:
Effectivenss in achieving safety in related with application of material in
space design accomodating visual openness.
FRAMEWORK:
OBJECTIVES:
1. To identify the application of materials used comprimise with safety.
2. To identify the application of material in spatial design to create
visual openness.
3. To comply the effectiveness of safety when visual openness in
spatial design is applied.
QUESTIONS:
1. How does the use of material not comprimise with safety?
2. In term of safety, what is the problem encountered by applying
visual openness in spatial design?
3. How does the application of materials in space design creates
visual openness?

2. SUMMARY:
Safety is plays an important role in architecture. In buildings, users should
feel not only aesthetic and comfortable but also safe. The relationship
between safety architecture and materials composition are fundamental
to today’s creativity. Materials react with one another to have their
radiance, so that the material composition gives rise to something unique.
Chosen the site in PJ Trade Centre, it had addressed the issue of
sustainable high rise, which forgo the glossy and shiny, back to the raw
materials which creates a different spatial design. Futhermore, its building
its application of material in spatial design reinforces the visual openness
of the building, blurred out the spatial dermacation which comply with
the safety issues.
Thus, this paper will focus on how safety comply with materials
composition that offers visual openness. Featuring the concrete vent
block, metal mesh, arrangement of these materials used in PJ Trade
centre were taken in considerations to furthur discuss the topic. A deeper
analysis will capture the importance of spatial design created in relation
with the safety issue.
