Why do some people not get enough sleep?
Well, the way I see it, a number of people struggle in hitting the
sack at an early time at night. This is due to several reasons. One
of them is, say for example, a student such as myself has to finish
at least 3 homeworks a day which take hours to complete. And
then the next day, I have to get up before the crack of dawn.
Which also becomes a routine night after night.
