This document contains introductory questions for an EFL course asking the student to introduce themselves, discuss their past experiences with computers in language learning and teaching, any concerns they have about using computers personally or in teaching, and which computer tools they are already comfortable with and interested in learning. The questions cover the student's teaching background, interests, CALL experiences, concerns about using technology in the course, and desired computer skills.
