 Meditation and yoga originally are part of the same practice. I'll
call meditation.
 It is true that yoga most widespread in the world, is related to
many postures that help you to: have a better physical appearance,
more flexibility, and have more coordination,
 Yoga was originally a practice that prepared the body for
meditation, through: physical and mental serenity. Also it allowed to
spend several hours meditating, without feeling physically
uncomfortable, anxious. But it is not the only type of yoga that is.
 I speak of the essence of meditation and yoga, as if they were
equal, because they are essentially the same, and practiced at the same
time for the same purpose, and appoints as meditation.
 Meditation brings benefits such as structural changes in the brain,
ie, the brain changes thought processes, so that some brain areas that
specialize in certain function, intensify, or decrease.
 You get more attention: because the practice meditation, you need
to focus, and the more you use the concentration, but it will improve
your attention. Attention is the first step to gain knowledge, so it is
very important.
 It reduces stress, anxiety, constipation, depression, sleep, correct
posture, correct back problems, helps recovery from physical injuries,
respiratory problems aid. Help the treatment of chronic and
degenerative diseases.
 Meditation gives you more psychological tools to afrentarte to pain
and disease, because you have better control of your emotions. Your
mind is more stable, and more positive.
 You become smarter, more agile and becomes your brain, because
you're devoting a space where you look your thinking, without
interruption, you are not walking, you are not watching, you're not
moving, you're just meditating.
 Meditation is the art of silence.
 What we're trying to do is to silence the mind to be silent, do not
think, opine that not only see inside your mind.
 This eventually leads you to know yourself, your mind is like
outside an ice cream shop, and you're tasting, flavors that did not
know, did not even know existed. And know yourself, it helps you
meet around you, and understand the nature of things, and life.
 There is a man, scientifically, is the happiest man in the world, and
this great state of happiness, got it through meditation.
 In his head, the part of the brain that controls, anger, and fear, are
more inactive. It is also more inactive, the part of the brain, hatred
and selfishness, and depression, and other negative thoughts. As part
of the brain that controls your positive thoughts, is more active, this is
what makes him go in a state of very great happiness.
 This state is called light because light has the capacity to enlighten,
uncorrupted. The light will remain the same, whether shines unclean
things. In this state of enlightenment, the person meditates so that the
images that go in your mind, do not disturb, as if to meditate outside
light, no matter how unhappy they are those images or thoughts, they
are capases to maintain complete calm, and maintain mental silence.
 All things in this world have a potential, which can be used in bad
shape, it can be used in good form, or may be missed that potential.
 Evil thoughts, are not part of our mind, ie that are not part of our
nature.
 Do not follow the stream of your mind, waiting on the shore, and
see the nature of your mind, which is crystal clear, called pure
consciousness or enlightenment. sometimes contaminated by
thoughts and emotions passengers.
 At school, we should be taught to be good people, to be happy, to
know ourselves, over the academic knowledge.
 Academic knowledge, we can not take advantage, that is, children
do not see it as useful, and end up forgetting most of that knowledge,
then it is an untapped potential. Because it is happiness, and self-
knowledge itself, more important than academic knowledge.
 We do not realize the potential we have to transform our mind,
then, to change our inner world. Since it is difficult to change the
outside world.
 The ultimate spiritual goal of meditation is to know your inner
self, so that from, your inner self, you know your environment, and its
nature and essence. Then join with your avatar, or deity, and then
attain liberation.
 CONCLUSION: the brain and mind are parts of our body, which
do not pay them much attention. Meditation helps us to train our
brain, because like any muscle, the brain can be trained.
 It also helps us to know ourselves, because to love, we must know,
that increases self-esteem. Meditation relaxes us, allows us to know
and understand the environment, understand life, think positive
thoughts, and ultimately be much happier.
 My aim: is to look more natural alternatives, which do not bring
side effects, such as medicine or drug. If you can be very happy. If
you can greatly improve your quality of physical, mental, and spiritual
life. It's not magic, it is scientifically proven that it works, and that its
benefits if they are true.
 It is simply having a more natural, more analytical nature
concerning life, because our body needs nature to survive, which is
