This requires developing a deep understanding of
the current status for processes in the organization
in order to:
Provide basis for developing the services / processes
framework
Set the change boundary
Accompanied by a similar understanding of the
organization strategy, goals, objectives, structure,
challenges, legal and social frameworks and all
other related aspects that might affect the redesign.
