Fakhir Jaouad was born on August 7th, 1982 in Agadir, Morocco. He has over 15 years of experience working in kitchens and as a cook, holding various positions at hotels and restaurants in Casablanca and Agadir. His training includes a technician degree in cooking from the Institute of Hotel and Catering in 2008, as well as certificates from Sofitel Agadir and the testing agro food laboratory. He is fluent in French and English and enjoys cooking, volleyball, football, internet, and music.
