TEA

2. What is a
Long Island
Iced Tea?
• An alcoholic mixed drink typically made with
vodka, tequila, light rum, triple sec, gin, and
cola

3. Ingredients
Needed
1 cup of ice cubes
½ ounce vodka
½ ounce gin
½ ounce white rum
½ ounce white tequila
½ ounce Triple Sec (orange flavored liquor)
2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ cup of cola
1 lemon wedge
A tall glass to pour drink in

4. Step 1 • Gather proper materials to make drink

5. Step 2
• Measure out every
ingredient that will be used

6. Step 3
• Fill a cocktail
• shaker with ice and pour vodka, rum,
gin, tequila, triple sec,
over ice; cover and shake.

7. Step 4
• Pour cocktail into a tall glass and top with a
splash of cola for color

8. STEP 5
• Mix and garnish with
a lemon slice
