and fit samples, manage schedule, timeline, process, quality and delivery on time., with carry about fitting, new samples,
sample room, sample shoes, quality fitting and approval sample. (Confirmation do production). More than 14 years of
experience in shoe industry.

22, July 2015 until moment working at Fitflop; My first step at Fitflop was to standardize Shoe Lasts, patterns, materials
and all componentes related to the shoe from the beginig to get a right FIT and correct process. Internal communication
with Designer Team in London, UK and R&D.
Validate all Specs, and Fitting Models, China, Vietnam, London and Hong Kong, organize and responsabile for the keep
Sample validate.
PP meeting with the commercialization Team and check quality and process in Line o four factories suppliers.
Transfering secure and all technical and details between China, Vietnam, Uk to our Teams.
Coordinate and leading the Team, make the Team be satisfactory and have a happy enviroment.
