2. During the course I have learnt how to use
many technology's including Photoshop which
helped me greatly with the editing of my
images. I did many thing like change the
contrast and the exposure of the image. I also
learned how to change the gamma entering
the image. This gave my images a professional
look like Q and NME.
3. Also in Photoshop
I learnt to get rid
of shadow for
example my front
cover image I got
rid of the shadow
so it looked like a
plain white
background like
many other
established
magazines this
gave my image an
appealing look.
I did this by filling in the shadow very carefully
using the fill tool. I also changed the colour of her
eyes to make them stand out compared to the
original.
4. With this image I went for a
more artistic approach by
change the colour outlet to a
very vibrant and creative
image. It should my model
is abstract way and would
stand out from other
magazines. I did this by
changing the vibrancy and
the exposure of the image
whilst adjusting the colour
of the image.
5. Apart from Photoshop I also
learnt how to use a
professional camera (cannon) I
used a good quality camera to
get the best images possible. I
played around with the
aperture and how much light
entered the lens. This made
have a sharper look than a
standard digital camera.
