3. WP7 EVALUATION AND QUALITY RESULTS,
as in proposal:
Definition of a Quality Plan: Document that will contain
criteria, tools and procedures for formative/summative evaluation, and
to ensure quality assurance to the project performance (including
outputs and outcomes). Those outputs and outcomes will be evaluated
after being realized and adapted if necessary.
PLUS 2 Status Reports: Both reports will summarise the
results of the evaluation activities during the project lifespan. It will
include conclusions and recommendations for future projects and for the
possible improvements of the educational materials and tools.

5. What we ask you: the starting point
Fill in the evaluation questionnaire: Document
containing some short key issues for partners to tell us their feedback about
the Kick off meeting and their overall insights about the project
Comment the Quality and Evaluation plan (and
the draft tools): We will circulate the final version by next week.
It is important to involve all partners from the beginning in the evaluation
activities. We have drafted a plan that we need you to comment. The tools
will “grow” with the project activities and results and the evaluation
activities will be adapted to the rhythm of the project and its partners….
