Goods are made to order once a day. All orders placed before 8am will be shipped
the same day. Orders placed after this time, will be shipped the following day.

Please note: During December and the Christmas period
delays with the Royal Mail do happen. Orders can take as
much as 14 days to arrive when using first class delivery. Our
experience has shown ordering via recorded delivery can
significantly reduce these delays. Please take this into
account when making an order.

FREE SHIPPING
From January 1st 2015 we are now offering free shipping to both Domestic and
International orders. Free shipping is based on standard rates and cannot be tracked.
Should you wish to record your orders, or track them internationally, you will need to
purchase the shipping service at additional cost.
To qualify for free shipping you will need to meet the minimum requirements.
Domestic orders within the UK: Spend over £40.00 before VAT.
International overseasl orders: Spend over £70 before VAT (if applicable)
