Materials:
Slides
Cover slips
Dropper
Microscope
Stagnant water
Procedure.
A. Obtain a clean slide. If the slide needs to be cleaned, rinse your slide with water and wipe dry. Place a drop
of iodine in the middle of the clean slide.
B. Put on the slide two stagnant water drops
C. Cover the slide with a cover slip
D. Put the slide on the microscope and observe it
E. Take notes about it.
