Background
SM Company Inc. wishes to construct SM Marawi Mall in Basak Malutlut, Marawi City. This land
is a former rice fields and owned by different families but willing to lease their land for the
development of a mall.
This will provide services such as banking, retail, restaurants and fast food centers. For sure, this
will make easier for people looking for relaxing and enjoyable ambience as they access those
services
Intends to cater the people of Lanao del Sur as well as those that visit or pass through the town.

Marawi City, is the capital city of the province of Lanao
del Sur on the island of Mindanao in the Philippines.
