Isn’t it incredible when when we can see technology trends repeat themselves in a matter a few years? It feels like Cisco just put the final nail in the video conferencing codec coffin a few months ago, officially ended by the stellar growth in cloud based video meeting software. Just last week in Season 2, Episode 5 of our live streaming show we interviewed what I believe to be the very first cloud based video production software built for the live streaming market. As many of us are aware the shift to the cloud has meant major change and opportunity for businesses around the world. In this article, I will review and predict what the next generation of live streaming software in the cloud has to offer. It’s amazing what can be done in the cloud these days! In our December 2nd live show I interviewed, Philippe Laurent, CEO of EasyLive. Laurent has finally brought video production into the ever powerful cloud with the new EasyLive SaaS platform! A much-hyped feature of HTML5 is native multimedia. In this session we’ll look at embedding <audio> and <video> into your pages, and how to make it work cross-browser and degrade gracefully in older browsers. Sound too good to be true? It’s not! We’ll look at the pros and the cons of HTML5 multimedia and see how to write simple controls with JavaScript. Most excitingly, we’ll also look at how HTML5 builds in support for subtitles and captions for multimedia accessibility. As digital video compression format storage requirements prohibitive, lossy digital video compression technology commonly used as the data transmission rate and a compromise between quality. In this paper, we compare and analyze the MPEG-2 , H.261 and H.264 video compression standards.After the Compression , We get the result that the compression of H.264 is better than other two but it take much time as compare to H.261 on higher cost.

Ruby has a lot of standard libraries from Ruby 1.8. I promote them democratically with GitHub today via default and bundled gems. So, I'm working to extract them for Ruby 3.4 continuously and future versions. It's long journey for me. After that, some versions may suddenly happen LoadError at require when running bundle exec or bin/rails, for example matrix or net-smtp. We need to learn what's difference default/bundled gems with standard libraries. In this presentation, I will introduce what's the difficult to extract bundled gems from default gems and the details of the functionality that Ruby's require and bundle exec with default/bundled gems. You can learn how handle your issue about standard libraries.
