  3. 3. 3 Bosch: success factor 1 Independence and financial strength  This structure, which is specified in the corporate constitution, ensures the Bosch Group's entrepreneurial independence.  In 2013 the equity ratio was around 50%.  Investment in fixed assets came solely from cash flow, which totaled around 4 billion euros in 2013. Liquidity was around 3.8 billion euros at the end of 2013. Bosch is not a publicly listed company. Ninety-two percent of the company shares are held by Robert Bosch Stiftung, a charitable foundation. The remaining shares are split between the Bosch family (7 percent) and Robert Bosch GmbH (1 percent).
