2. MainResponsibilities:
 Posting of Payments which comes from customers and sales representative in the form
of cheques and cash etc. to settle particle invoice/debit note accordingly.
 Maintain proper record of payments and create various reports to update concerned
department and individual.
 Issuance of Rate Difference, Value Adjustment and Return of Goods Credit Notes / Debit
Notes and keep their records updated.
 Handling of Accounts Receivable with proper follow-up of dues, un-dues and total
outstanding and send letters/reminders to customers as per instructions of department
head.
 Reconcile the customer’s account receivable.
 Issuance of Commercial Invoice.
 Preparation of Annual Sales Target products/regions wise and send to respective region/
salesmen to get their input and make proper calanderization to upload in the systemto
generate various reports analysis/comparison and check salesmen efficiencies.
 Preparation of Sales Rolling Forecast Form products/regions/sales quantity wise and
send to respective region/ salesmen to get their input and make sure to get back their
input on time. After compilation make consolidation and give it to area manager for
final touches/amendment to be forwarded to planning department on time so material
could be ordered and produced and available for sales.
 To generate various Daily, Weekly and monthly reports.
