Your applications
for NQL are
examined and
evaluated by
National Support
Service of each
country once a
year.
There are 5
necessities for
Quality Labels:
5 NECESSITIES:
1- Project should have
collective aims and plan.
2- Project should be
finished or at the last stage.
3- The teacher who applied
should make a significant
contribution to the Project.
4- Certain degree of co-
operation should be done.
5- Project results should be
visible.
After 5
necessities are
fulfilled, projects
are evaluated

Your Project should
include Classroom
Innovative Methods
(question-answer, sample
event, brain-storming),
collaborative Works,
(individual and team
work).
Activities should be done
by students, teachers
should guide the process.

Project should be
appropriate to
curriculum. It should
improve students’
skills and guide them
to reach information.
3- COMMUNICATION
AND INFORMATION
EXCHANGE BETWEEN

Partners should do

cultural exchange,
common activities with
the same instructions
on the same topic.

HOW TO APPLY FOR ETWINNING QL

  • 1. If you think your Projects deserve achievement, you should apply for NATIONAL QUALITY LABEL on Etwinning Live. Your applications for NQL are examined and evaluated by National Support Service of each country once a year. There are 5 necessities for Quality Labels:

  • 3. 5 NECESSITIES: 1- Project should have collective aims and plan. 2- Project should be finished or at the last stage. 3- The teacher who applied should make a significant contribution to the Project. 4- Certain degree of co- operation should be done. 5- Project results should be visible. After 5 necessities are fulfilled, projects are evaluated according to 6 criteria: 1- PEDAGOGICAL INNOVATION 2- CURRICULAR INTEGRATION 3- COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION EXCHANGE BETWEEN PARTNER SCHOOLS 4-COLLABORATION BETWEEN PARTNER SCHOOLS 5- USE OF TECHNOLOGY 6- RESULTS, IMPACT AND DOCUMENTATION
  • 4. 1- PEDAGOGICAL INNOVATION Your Project should include Classroom Innovative Methods (question-answer, sample event, brain-storming), collaborative Works, (individual and team work). Activities should be done by students, teachers should guide the process. 2- CURRICULAR INTEGRATION Project should be appropriate to curriculum. It should improve students’ skills and guide them to reach information. 3- COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION EXCHANGE BETWEEN PARTNER SCHOOLS Partners should do these kinds of activities: Sending postcards or letters, cultural exchange, common activities with the same instructions on the same topic.
  • 5. 4- COLLABORATION BETWEEN PARTNER SCHOOLS At the end of the Project there should be collaborative output by teams or partners (e- book, poem, painting, song…), students’ Works, well-planned twinspace, Project facebook group page 5- USE OF TECHNOLOGY Project should include website, Use of web 2.0 tools, videos, slides by students and pay attention to safe internet. 6- RESULTS, IMPACT AND DOCUMENTATION Project results should be presented via various tools by both students and teachers. Specified goals should be reached clearly. Both students and teachers should join to
  • 6. HOW WILL YOU APPLY FOR NATIONAL QUALITY LABEL? After you login etwinning portal, you should click «PROJECTS» and then click «Apply for a Quality Label» button. Now Let’s fill in the form and submit. GOOD LUCK!
  • 7. A-PROJECT DETAILS Please note that your National Support Service does not have access to your private TwinSpace. Therefore either (1) publish and upload any interesting content you have produced to give a clear idea and proof of your project work or (2) provide a username and password for access. 1-Description Short description Please provide a short summary/description of your project (1 paragraph). (1000 Characters) 2- Links to Project Outcomes Please include all links to any online outcomes of your project such as a website, public TwinSpace, audio/video clips, etc. (1000 Characters) Here, you will present your Project, mention about aims and activities of your Project. Don’t forget to write either user name and password as a visitor or your own user name and password for NSS so that they can see your Works on Twinspace. You should add all the links of Project Works.

  • 9. 3- Other Documents Please upload any other documents not available online such as texts, presentations, audio/video clips, etc. (Maximum 3 uploads) Uploading new files will replace all current uploaded files. B-PROJECT DESCRIPTION 1- PEDAGOGICAL INNOVATION AND CREATIVITY Please provide a description of your project (1 paragraph). Please describe the various pedagogical methods you have used with your pupils during the project work. (Examples; small group work, independent research by pupils, etc.) If your pupils are very young, please describe the methods you used to engage their interest in the (Offline Documents) like Word, Excel, PDF etc. But you don’t have to upload. Inform about pedagogical methods in Project activities that have been used with your students.

What competencies did you try to develop in your pupils during the project work? Describe how the pupils worked on the project. (2000 Characters) 3-COMMUNICATION AND EXCHANGE BETWEEN PARTNER SCHOOLS How did you organize the communication between you and your partners? What communication activities did you design for or with your pupils for sharing the work of each class on the themes of the project? (2000 Characters) You should explain how to integrate your Project and activities into which lesson and curriculum. You can mention about aims and acquisitions of your Project. You should explain how to communicate among partners. For example: Facebook closed group and Whatsapp group were created, e- mail, webinar, twinspace Forums
  • 13. 4- COLLABORATION BETWEEN PARTNER SCHOOLS Collaboration activities go beyond communication. Please describe the work process of the project clearly outlining the division of work between you and your partner(s). Most importantly: In what aspects of the project did you and your partner(s) collaborate? In what activities did pupils collaborate and work together? Describe how the final products of the project were achieved by the pupils. (2000 Characters) 5- USE OF TECHNOLOGY Please describe how technology has been used to further the work of the project both by your partners and you, and by the pupils. (2000 Characters) Explain what you did by collaborative learning. For example: Joint poem, song, painting, exhibition and webinar… Explain how to use technology, which web 2.0 tools you used, and why you used them in your Project Works. Write the names of web 2.0 tools, PC, Camera, Tablet, smart phone…
  • 14. 6- RESULTS, IMPACT AND DOCUMENTATION What impact do you think this project has had upon your pupils and your work as a teacher? How did your school benefit from participating in this project? What do you regard as the most successful result of this project? Have you given links to all the documentation relating to the planning, progress and outcomes of the Project? (2000 7- OTHER AWARDS (IF APPLICABLE) Has this project received other awards? If so please give a description of them (e.g. quality labels, national eTwinning awards, etc.). (2000 Characters) Explain your Project results, acquisitions on you and your students and also your school benefits… If your Project has a national or international award, write here.
  • 15. A section called “Move2Learn, Learn2Move” has been added to application. You should mark “YES” or “NO” for the contest of mobilities that is for 16+ year-old students.
  • 16. C-PREVIEW Control your writings. If there is a missing or mistake, you can click “CHANGE”. If not, click “SUBMIT” and finish your application.
