Levy of Fuel Surcharge Adjustments (FSA)
DHBVN, vide its Sales Circular no. D­33/2015 dated 24th September, 2015 has
issued instructions regarding FSA to be levied @ 3 Paise per unit instead of 5 paise
per unit w.e.f. 01.07.2015
Hence, the total FSA to be levied w.e.f. 01.07.2015 is as under:

2. DHBVNL Sales Circular No.34/2015
Subject : Clarification regarding replacement of stolen T/F -Electricity Supply Code
(D-17/2014 ) .
In case of LT Connection (other than domestic supply connection) where the T/F has been
installed by the Consumer / Nigam and is exclusively used for supply /the transformer if and
when required to be replaced / repaired shall be done as under :-
1. In case of damage of DT within warranty period , the T/F shall be replaced by the
consumer (in case supplied by the consumer under self execution scheme ) / supplier
(in case provided by Nigam ) . In case of damage of DT beyond warranty period due
to internal faults. the same should be replaced by the Nigam free of cost .
2. In case of theft of the distribution T/F within the warranty period, the same shall be
replced by sharing equally the cost between the Consumer and the Nigam.
3. In case of theft of distribution T/F beyond the warranty period, the same shall be
replaced by getting 20 % of the cost of DT deposited from the Consumer.
4. The cost @ 50% and @ 20% (as applicable ) to be deposited from the consumer shal
be determined based on the P&D rates applicable on the date of happening of the
Event.
