Exercise 8: Follow the recipe
Answer the questions based on the information in the recipe.
Simple Spaghetti Recipe
serves 4 people
Ingredients
For the sauce
1 tablespoon oil
1 small onion, chopped
2 ounces sausage
½ teaspoon garlic
½ can tomato paste 1-
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Pinch of salt
For the noodles
1 pack spaghetti noodles
20 cups water
Directions
1. Heat oil over medium heat in a pot.
2. Add sausage and fry for 10 minutes.
3. Mix in onions, garlic, sugar, and tomato paste.
4. Continue stirring until sauce becomes thick. Set
aside.
