When the timer rings, gently open your eyes and slowly return to your regular state. You are
heavily hypnotized if you feel warm and heavy, and your feet and arms are tingly. You are
moderately hypnotized if you are relaxed. Critically you were not able to hypnotize yourself
if you feel nothing all throughout the exercise.
