Summer
When it is hot outside, using your stove can make it even hotter in your
house. Keep from sweating in the kitchen and get to grilling. You can grill
just about anything; even if you are serving a three course meal.
Asian Grilled Salmon
Ingredients:
Fresh salmon boned with skin on
For the marinade:
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
3 tbsp. soy sauce
6 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
Directions:
 Prepare your grill and brush the rack with olive oil to prevent sticking.
 Lay salmon skin side down on a cutting board and cut it into 4 equal
pieces.
 Whisk together all of the ingredients for the marinade.
 Drizzle half of the marinade onto the salmon and let it sit for 10
minutes.
 Place the salmon skin side down on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Carefully turn the salmon and grill on the other side for another 4-5
minutes.
 Transfer the salmon to a plate skin side down and spoon the rest of
the marinade on top. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes.
 Remove the skin and enjoy!
