3. Sneezing actually helps the nose and the body. Why?
That is because it sends all the tickling or irritating parts
in your nose, flying out of your nostril. Seems gross, but
sneezing is an amazing process. The nerves in your
nose send a message to a part of the brain called the
sneeze center. Then, the sneeze center sends a
message to all the muscles that work together to form a
sneeze. Some of the muscles are: abdominal, chest,
and diaphragm muscles, just to name a few. Oh! And
also the eyelid muscles. You always close you eyes
when sneezing. Sneeze is also called sternutation.
