2. The Maine Trial Lawyers Association
Skilled litigators such as the attorneys of Holmes Legal Group, LLC, in

in the Maine Trial Lawyers Association (MTLA). The organization,
which supports the impartiality and independence of the judiciary as
well as bar professionalism and civility, offers continuing education

In addition, the MTLA provides other marketing and membership
services. As an advocate, the professional organization played a key
role in the passage of the Strengthening Medicare and Repaying
Taxpayers (SMART) Act of 2011. Established in 1963, the MTLA acts
as an Association of Trial Lawyers of America affiliate. The Maine Trial
Lawyers Association holds an Annual Meeting and Spring Seminar,
