This document discusses data governance and introduces Keeex, a patented solution aimed at improving file management to ensure data integrity, authenticity, and usability without requiring additional infrastructure. Keeex allows for effective data management by embedding signatures and links to ensure data is trustworthy and accountable while enabling collaboration and sharing of information. • This document aims at listing key issues in Data
Governance and study the value offered by KeeeX
• KeeeX is non intrusive, since documents retain normal
functionality, and there is no infrastructure
• Hence KeeeX needs not solve the whole technical data
governance problem, but may operate as a complement to
existing frameworks and infrastructures

• We have seen that KeeeX helps at solving a large subset of
clearly identified issues in data governance.
