  2. 2. 1. Building the Relationship It’s easier to learn from someone you trust. I other words: if coachee trust me than it will be easier to teach and coach him/her. Find out the coachee’s motivation.
  3. 3. 2. Providing Analysis and Setting Up Goals Where are you now and what goal do you want to reach and we need to achieve? On this stage I will listen a few calls, carefully analyze them and will discuss with coachee.
  4. 4. 3. Challenging Thinking and Assumptions To reach new results you need to start do it in new way. Talk to top-sellers.
  5. 5. 4. Supporting and Encouraging Encourage employees to make progress toward their goals, and they recognize their successes.
  6. 6. 5. Driving Results I need to help to clarify milestones or measures of success and hold the coachee accountable for them.
  7. 7. Coaching is Cooperation!
