This document summarizes the history and future plans of an English language program from 2011 to the present. It traces the program's growth from a small group of teachers to offering 6 classes per week. It then outlines opportunities for graduate students to get involved through practicum hours, research projects, and assistance with teaching, fundraising, and curriculum development. The document provides structure for integrating various areas of linguistic and education studies with the program.

sometimes we have to be flexible, we teach in front (more
space) or back (less space!)
