HealthCare Talent Empowering individuals and the organizations they serve is our job To empower people to provide for themselves and their loved ones by helping them secure a job or start a new career” is our mission. In the past, we have sponsored various non-profit organizations and while our efforts were rewarding, we wondered if there were other ways that we could make a difference in the lives of others. Recently inspired by Blake Mycoskie, founder of TOMS Shoes and his “Start Something That Matters” movement, we set out on a path to create a program of contribution that was lasting, significant and would become the life blood of our organization. Shortly thereafter, our very own “One For One” movement was born. For every ONE direct hire placement or registry/temporary order filled, we will scholarship ONE deserving individual in the local community. - 4. Kathy Hartnett khartnett@healthcaretalent.net Case Managers Must have current and extensive knowledge of the Medicare and company programs. Registered Nurse or LVN with an AS, BS or higher degree in Nursing or current professional license or certificate that permits independent practice without the supervision of another licensed professional. Minimum clinical experience of 5 years with the health needs of the population served, and extensive experience at an increasingly responsible professional level that is directly related to the knowledge and abilities required for the program assignment. CCM certification at the time of hire or promotion highly preferred.

Benjamin Binning bbinning@healthcaretalent.net CNA Must have CPR certification and First Aid certificate Experience with physically or mentally impaired older persons preferred Bilingual: English/Spanish depending on location preferred Ability to work well with elderly Must demonstrate patience, and a kind/caring attitude
