Hear By Right Bingo 1 Strategies 2.3 Staff 5.6 We are respected and  listened to by adults The organisation is committed  to taking us seriously We agree with the plan  about our active involvement  The plan has the staff and money to make sure it happens Shared values 1.1 Everyone is included Many children and young people get a chance to take part, including those who often get left out Structures 3.3 & 3.4 There are good rules about our active involvement  We can take part knowing we are safe, treated fairly and rewarded properly Systems 4.1 We help recruit the people who run the organisation We take part in recruiting managers and they meet us once they’ve started We know what’s going on We get good and clear information about how we can get involved Skills and knowledge 6.3 We have champions who support our active involvement  The people who run the organisation  support us getting involved  Style of leadership 7.1
Hear By Right Bingo 2 Strategies 2.2 Staff 5.5 We have a charter recognising our voice and influence There are agreed shared values about our active involvement  We agree with the plan about our active involvement  The plan has the staff and money to make sure it happens  Shared values 1.5 We can get involved in many different ways that suit us There are loads of ways to get our voice heard and influence decisions Structures 3.2 We have our own money to spend We have our own budget that we are responsible for spending Systems 4.6 Some young people work in the organisation  As we get older, some of us get to work for the organisation as trainers, researchers or mentors Skills and knowledge 6.1 We help run bits of the organisation We help run some parts of the organisation or service Style of leadership 7.7 We get training on participation We get to develop our own skills and knowledge about participation
Hear By Right Bingo 3 Strategies 2.7 Staff 5.2 We know our rights  Our rights as children and young people are explained to us We can link with other groups of children and young people  We are helped to take part in other events and national groups   Shared values 1.3 We get to say whether things are getting any  better for us We are part of groups that check out how things are going Structures 3.5 We celebrate what we do We get to tell other people what we do and to celebrate our involvement Systems 4.4 We help recruit those who work with us We take part in recruiting some of the staff   Skills and knowledge 6.4 We get to meet and work with the managers There are lots of ways that we get to meet and influence the managers Style of leadership 7.5 We run training on participation We take part in planning and running training for staff on children and young people’s participation
