1. [CARES BROCHURE]
The following document is a brochure produced for the Communities Actively Reaching Exposure Study. The brochure addresses the main concerns
Southeastern communities have in dealing with the effects air pollution (specifically upon their children). The brochure was designed to provide study
participants and prospective participants with information and peace of mind. The inside spread of the brochure below includes facts and tips on how to
deal with the presence of Manganese within the community. The cover and backing of the brochure includes branding requirements and study
information. By using elements of document design and audience appropriate text the goal of creating an informational and accessible document was
achieved. More information about the CARES research study can be found at http://www.eh.uc.edu/cares/index.html.
