Item 1: 
How many songs are played in an hour? 
I t ried finding t his informat ion but I couldn’t find it on t he int ernet so I will have 
to conduct some primary research. I will listen to the radio show and I will 
record how many songs are played in an hour. I have recorded the number 
of songs and I have found that ten songs are played in an hour. 
Item 2: 
What are the age group that listen to the programme? 
BBC 1 radio reaches out to it s target audience of 15 to 24 year olds via social 
media, rather than the airwaves. Grimshaw has more than 1.5m followers on 
Twitter and Radio 1 recent ly topped 1m subscribers to it s YouTube channel.

What do people think of the radio programme? 
I t ried finding this on the internet but instead I have decided to use this 
informat ion as a primary data because I will conduct a quest ionnaire or a 
survey.

What do people prefer other than BBC 1 Radio?

I have decided to conduct a survey because I will be able to see what 
people prefer listening to rather that BBC one 
Item 5: 
What type of language is use? Is it formal or informal? 
The type of language that is used is informal because the age group of the 
viewers are 15 to 24 year olds. 
Item 6: 
When is the programme broadcast? 
The broadcast start s at 6:30am but you can search the clips of the 
interview/podcast online where you can hear it whenever you want . 
Item 7: 
How many people will want to listen to the broadcast? 
I will be doing a survey to see whether how many people would want to listen 
to the broadcast as it is one of the most popular radio stat ions in 
England/London.

What is the process of the product ion? 
Item 9: 
Who is the target audience? 
The target audiences are 15 to 24 year olds as this is a radio program for 
people this age as they are more into social media such as facebook, twitter 
etc. 
Item 10: 
How long does each broadcast last? 
Each broadcast can last up to an hour or three hours at least . This is because 
there are advert breaks in-between and there is also music played which 
takes quite a while.
