house close to our office location, the decision is made so I can spend my significant time in
office effectively. Due to this relocation I have suffered from huge expenses and still need more
funds to cover various necessary expenses of domestic uses.
My 3months salary is $6000 and it will be convenient for me to repay this amount in 8 months
instalment. I authorize our company to deduct the amount from my salary and also request to
