The themes of the documentary are cars,
being the main focus as Porsches and
the restoration of old battered cars.

4. Camera Work
This documentary uses a mix of close-ups, of himself
whilst he talks and describes the cars, close-ups of
presenting the restoration and improvements of the
Porsches.
The documentary also uses tracking shots of him whilst
he drives his cars.
Mid shots are used to fit both him and his Porsches in it.
Also long shots are used to emphasize to state of the cars
before he restores them.
A low angle shot of the silver Porsche was also used in
the documentary.

The Mise en scene of the
documentary is based in L.A.
It is mainly based in the mans
garage where the cars are
present however also based on
the bridges and streets of L.A.
Also based on the roofs
overlooking the city.

6. Sound
There is a lot of diegetic and non-diegetic sound
used throughout the documentary, for example
the music in the background that is played, it is
mainly rock ‘n’ roll representing the theme whilst
clips of the cars are used. The dialogue used is
male and the voice over is the man describing
his enthusiasm towards his work and how much
he enjoys it, ‘I could wake up and know that in 10
minutes I will be enjoying what I do best.’ the
man is of around 40 years and he talks formally
with educational information.

7. Editing
At the beginning of the
documentary fade-in fade-out
is used to add tension to the
video and show the passing of
time and the opening of the
documentary.
Clips and tracking is also used to
show the past certificates and
trophies won before the
documentary took place.
