Formative Evaluation
Formative evaluation gives real results as the extent of the validity of the project submitted. Where it is in the development stage as it gives specific guidance on the kinks at each stage of the design stages. This gives us a good opportunity for the development and improvement before starting the execution, which helps to reach the desired goal.
"Formative evaluation is conducted during the process of designing and development the materials while there's still time to make changes. Summative evaluation measures the effectiveness of instruction after it has been finalized.” (Lecture Note).

During the first phase of the project design (analysis phase) and found several recipes they are involved, including:
1- All of the targeted are teachers of elementary schools.
2- Thy did not use iMovie before.
. 3- They have the basics of computer use
. 4- Thy have a desire to use technology in education
. 5- All of them have experience of not less than five years in education
. 6- all-male sex
This helps us a lot in choosing the right tools to deliver the project in proportion to their
characteristics. Also it helps in building the content according to the quality of our targets and what should we say and what we must not say.
The materials and instruments used in the evaluation
Due to the value of our project is submitted, the first steps to success is the involvement of experts and some of the target in the evaluation process. This helps a lot in the detection of defects that may be unclear to us. Can not build any project according to a personal opinion because it certainly would lose a lot of elements that make it an integrated and comprehensive.
"A fourth class of strategies is termed participant-oriented models. As the term suggests, they emphasize the central importance of the evaluation participants, especially clients and users of the program or technology. Client-centered and stakeholder approaches are examples of participant-oriented models, as are consumer-oriented evaluation systems. “(William M.K 2006).

There will come a comment on the results of the questionnaire
later. After this phase of the evaluation moved into a one to
one, where it reflects the value that is gained from the
educational situation and skills gained from the impact of this
project.
"The One to one evaluation (stage) must to consider the learner
time, attitude and skill. Feedback must be constructive and
mutual. During this state, the designer works individually with
three or more learners who are representative of the target
population."(EDER 673 Instructional Design)
Where I followed this approach in the evaluation and the
3. questions were as follows:
1. Is access to information was easy? (Very easy - somewhat -
Saab)
2. What is the level of quality educational videos? (Excellent -
average - poor)
3. Review the general shape of the site (excellent - average -
poor)
4- Any other observations you see that we need them to raise
the level of the project .
The procedures in the evaluation
The procedures followed in the evaluation phase is by
correspondence via email. Most of the targeted those who
participated with me in the beginning in the analysis phase are
in Saudi Arabia, and do I translate the questions of the Arabic
language, and after taking the answers I do again translated for
the English language. I also engaged the five people who speak
English in the evaluation of the project through given them the
questions manually.

5. The usefulness of the site to provide skills:
The quality of provided videos :
revision plan
Through of those proceedings in the formative assessment for
all stages of design, which has given a clear vision of what
should be developed or added or canceled.
First: the educational objectives must be the most suitable place
than it is now. Where you should be at the beginning of the Web
page, so as to be clear to users.
Second: Logo iMovie does not exist at all at the site, as it
should be highlighted when defining
iMovie.
Third, there are linguistic mistakes must be addressed. so must
restore some sections that contain linguistic mistakes
And reformulated again and recorded, because some
grammatical errors could weaken the value of work, and
therefore the user does not feel confident about what is
presented.
Reflection
At the end of this project, I can say that I have acquired several
things have changed a lot of the concepts that you think it's
true. The design process is based on firm scientific foundations,
and when we apply these scientific foundations exactly the
results will be accurate as well. This thing I missed in my
earlier, where we apply the theory without the knowledge of
them, but follow those who came before us, so the results were
always illogical, so we ignore them often. When I carry out the
project individually I felt the value of work and its importance
and the extent of its results accuracy. It was a design phase is
6. the most difficult stage for me. It was the first stage depends on
the procedure, where the analysis stage is the stage of all the
data, either the design stage is the stage of the interpretation
and translation of all outputs that were in the analysis phase and
this will decide if the project is strong or weak.
Perhaps the challenges faced by many, but this is the most
difficult stage for me. but I'm at the end of the project I feel
very proud about what I presented. I want thank who was behind
us to give all her time to increase our skills. I was very
interesting to got all the knowledges from professor Eun-Ok
Baek. she was always support us to achieve our goals .
