This unit could be for example, terrorism, technology issues, social media, etc. This is your choice. The theme of the paper is that you are establishing a new unit within an agency. The paper will include: Function: what will the new unit accomplish? Job Descriptions/Duties and Responsibilities: What criteria will be established for the personnel of the unit to be selected? What are the duties and responsibilities of the unit? Of the personnel? Reporting: Who in the agencies organization will the unit report? Equipment: What will be needed? Other: Any other issues you feel need to be addressed. The requirements for your paper are: 10-15 pages in length, excluding reference page. Double spaced, Times New Roman 12 pt. font. Free of spelling and typing errors. Fully referenced using APA citation style to acknowledge all source materials. A title page and bibliography/Works cited must also be included.
