I am a United States government employee, working in the Navy as an “Enlisted Service Member” on
active status since September 2005. I am a college graduate with a “Master’s degree” in Business
Administration with a specialization in “Operations Management.” I am coming close to the end of my
service contract, but have the interest to continue working in the field of Logistics, Supply
Administration, Finance Management, Budget planning, and Contract Specialist. I am willing to relocate
to the East or to the South parts of the country.
During my nine years of military service I occupied the position of a “Logistics Specialist” with a brought
ranges of competencies in supply administration, I have assumed the responsibilities of a department
officer, performing executive-level duties in supply administration, with management competencies in
finance, budget, material procurement and contract, stock and inventory, operations, production, logistics,
project, program auditing, and personnel transportation management. I had the responsibility to maintain
the mission readiness of over 400 Navy personnel assigned to 12 individual units and deployed to
different missions around the globe. I have worked as a financial adviser to Commanding Officers at two
Navy aviation commands, where I managed over $600 million annually in logistics budget for the
maintenance and operations of aircrafts and in the preparation of squadron budget plan for military
detachments. I assumed my responsibilities with total satisfaction, helping my commands complete
important missions in the U.S. military programs. I have skills related to operations and project
management, program auditing, human resources management, task repartition, decision making, conflict
management, data and report analysis, expense tracking, expenditure and disbursement reconciliation, file
retention, customer service, and resource planning. I am a talented, results driven professional,
experienced in team building and team leadership with a proven track record in planning and developing
strategies toward organizational improvement that support the goals of my organizations and of my
customers. I have experience communicating with different levels of management, to include external
vendors and contractors, and have successfully led working teams of up to forty members.
I am a dedicated, talented, and goal driven professional to remain a professional asset for the U.S.
