have completed the process outlined below.

process to be as quick, easy and painless as possible. To return your defective unit,
please follow these 4 easy steps:
1. Securely pack your defective unit in a secure box with packing..
2. Affix the prepaid UPS label on the outside of the box. If you did not receive a
label please email us at returns@anewbiz.net and we will email a label to you
within 1 business day.
3. Make note of the tracking number for proof of shipment. This number is
clearly indicated on the prepaid shipping label.
4. Ship the defective Unit. Call 1.800.742.5877 during normal business hours or
log onto www.ups.com/dropoff to find the nearest UPS drop off location.

2. UPS Internet Shipping: View/Print Label
1. Print the label(s): Select the Print button on the print dialog box that appears. Note: If your browser does not
support this function select Print from the File menu to print the label.
2. Fold the printed label at the dotted line. Place the label in a UPS Shipping Pouch. If you do not have a pouch,
affix the folded label using clear plastic shipping tape over the entire label.
