1. Every day, AIESEC is enabling the development of agents of positive change who create the needed impact in society. Should mean the following are true to AIESEC India: Our role continues to be that of facilitation of self driven XPs We imbibe/impact people to work/gain passion around issues of relevance that NEED to be impacted in our society (By way of projects/LNs) Overall skills/competencies that are developed in AIESEC are significantly improved and are aligned to leadership & change agent characteristics
2. Our rapidly growing network connectshigh potential people around the world to generate an increasing volume of AIESEC experiences. Should mean the following are true to AIESEC India: We are continuously expanding the size of our operating markets | Through new entities & networks of people connected to AIESEC Our membership reflects the common standard of “High Potential” talent as per our external environment By virtue of well established relationships/networks we are continuously increasing the number of people experiencing AIESEC
3. Every member in our thriving local and global communities of learning completes a life-changing AIESEC Experience. Should mean the following are true to AIESEC India: Our LCs/Entities are extremely healthy and promise a sustainable future (Finances, Pipeline, Infra, Brand, Partners) Upon measurement of our learning, its evident that there is concrete development in our membership The experiences we provide are complete as per the @XP cycles & stages, across our entire membership
4. Our contribution makes us the first choice amongst young people and organizations for activating leadership Should mean the following are true to AIESEC India: The quality of experiences delivered by AIESEC to all stakeholders ensures that we are the top choice for activating leadership.
