My responsibilities go beyond just supervising
employees and ensuring safety is my agents’
top concerns. I facilitate training classes,
ranging from initial ramp training to de-icing
classes. I create web documents and other
forms for our stations documentation. I the
developed the station’s irregular operations
procedures and developed our local policy and
procedures manuals. My other certifications
from Delta Airlines include cock pit
certification on various aircraft and weight and
balance.
