Over thirty eight years invested at the University at Buffalo supporting the IT needs of faculty, staff and students.
Various capacities include all aspects of project management, project coordination, computer account
administration, IT application training, web development and software development. In addition to serving in
several officer positions within the University Professional Staff Senate.

2000 - Today Computing and Information Technology - Project Manager
Implementation of various IT project solutions which improve and enhance the experience related
to student learning and communication. Provide IT enhancements to faculty instruction. Projects
related to supporting the academic mission include:
project coordinator for Start UP New York companies, EOC rehab and upgrade for UB network
switches throughout all three campuses
project manager for the rollout of an online learning application (UBlearns/ Blackboard) used
by faculty and students to communicate and assist with their classes
managed the rollout and standardization of a campus wide email system (UBmail)
implemented a campus wide classroom clicker system (UBclicks) which is a classroom device
used specifically to communicate in large classroomsettings
implemented a monitoring and controlling technology used to manage the classroom
technology systems (Roomview)
rolled out a project management tracking system(Clarity) which is used by three departments
to track project work from beginning to end

Creation of standardized software Technology Tools CD and website
Managed rollout of university wide web management and administrative tool
Development of a Help Desk service desk incident and request tracking system

Managed an office which administered all university Email accounts for students, staff and faculty.
Coordinated and lead training and student orientation events.
