Short Description of Market and Product Rationale I offer this service because this is what I enjoy doing for fun.  It also makes me a little extra money. This service fits in to the market because it is not very known. Most people would find it interesting to learn.  2
External Market Environment This will fit more in the micro factor. Customers will be people who are interested in music and pianist who want to compose their music fully. It will be open to the public.  3
Customer Analysis Anybody who wants learn something new and create something that everyone can listen too. Services will be offered for in home tutoring.  Forget all the high priced equipment and get a regular midi controller and you are ready to go. I provide the program.  4
Competitor Analysis  Only competitors are music schools or Full Sail. Full Sail being a very strong competitor. But all they do is give you that empty promise.  This service is not meant to be against Full Sail but to offer some of the same services as them for cheap. Tuition is expensive at Full Sail.  5
Analysis I have experience with beat making and have sold many beats. I’ve worked with many local artists and a punk rock band named Whole Wheat Bread.  My goal is to teach you the soul of music. Lo Baseline 6
SWOT STRENGTHS The strengths of this is to learn what full sail or any other music school will teach for cheaper. OPPORTUNITES The oppurtunities of this is to be able to compose music for artists which will get you money and maybe in the music industry and known to the world. WEAKNESSES 	There are no weaknesses  unless your tone deaf or impatience. THREATS Threats are the people out there who are not creative and will steal your material and this is why you need copyrights. 7
Resources Needed Well first myself for  basic piano lessons which will consist of scales and chords. Second a midi controller or a keyboard with recording abilities. Fit with overall line of products  The service fits well because there are not that many people offering these services. Can you think of any???? I can’t.  Because I would have done it instead of teaching myself.  10

Objectives  My objective is to make you understand the simple facts of making beats. Understanding the programs, understanding the piano and understanding yourself. 12
Pricing Two Hour Sessions                            Four Hour Sessions $25                                                     $45 Four Days a Week (2 hours)            Four Days a week (4 hours) $90                                                      $160 Compared to Full Sail which is over $40,000 a year. And they won’t teach you what I will.  13
Markup and Possible price adjustments  There is no raise in price for my services. Prices offered are set in stone. You will not find these lessons cheaper. I have the lowest prices on the market.  14
Customer's perceptions of pricing  As a music producer, if someone offered these prices to me when I first started I would have been more then willing to pay.  So as a consumer how do you feel about the prices???  To High  To Low Just Right 15
Promotion I will be promoting this through Flyers.  16
17 Flyer Promotion Objectives My objectives are to draw in the consumer. To show the consumer that someone out there can help and will.
18 Media Used  Most of the Media used will be on Youtube.com. I will be posting videos on how to use Reasons 4.0 and putting beats together  for the viewers.  Launch Date for videos are the 4th of May starting with 5 video drops teaching the basics of Reasons 4.0
19 Profits  Well all money earned for my services will be profit for me. I offer these services trying to make a little extra cash. Lord knows it doesn’t hurt to make a little extra cash especially during times like these.
20 Key Dates and Launch Date The Key dates are when you no longer need me to help you. You were my bird and I set you free.  Launch date has already started as of January 2010.
