2+ Years of experience in the field of Embedded Systems. Currently, working with
ESHA Automation, Coimbatore, since July 2014. Worked in a demanding start up environment
and have ability to produce results without much direction. Handled Hands-on sessions on
Embedded Systems using Arduino, ARM, and PIC in various academic institutions.

Project1: Automated Disc Groove System
Client: Techtra Automation, Coimbatore
Responsibilities: Software Development and Hardware Assembling
Team Size:2
Environment: ATmega 328
Description: This product is used to groove the disk to make an impeller. Impellers are used in
motor pumps. The disk is placed above the stepper motor which is rotating 10 degrees for every
36 steps in clockwise rotation and first step 15 degrees and remaining 10 degrees for every 36
steps in anti-clockwise rotation. Blade is connected to the single phase motor to groove the disk.
Controller communicates with the stepper motor and makes the disk to rotate.
Project 2: Insert and Cutting Tool Vending Machine
Client: Techtra Automation, Coimbatore
Responsibilities: Software Development, PCB Design and Hardware Assembling
Team Size: 2
Environment: PIC
Description: This product is used to store the Insert and Cutting tools for CNC Operating
machines. This is a latest innovation in secure point-of-use distribution. It has combined
Automation Software and reliable electronic control hardware which facilitates easy access to the
tools as per the need. It is password protected and has touch screen interface. According to the
selection of tool, the controller operates the DC Motor then the selected tool will come out. It has
two shelves, Upper shelf is used for micro tools and Lower shelf is used for inserting and cutting
tools. Lower shelf has 4 Rows and 8 Columns, which can accommodate 320 tool boxes. Upper
selves have 24 boxes for micro tools.
Project 3: Mobiles Starter for Agriculture
Responsibilities: Software Development and Hardware Assembling
Team Size: 3
Environment: PIC
Description: The basic idea of mobile starter using PIC is to automate agriculture purpose motor
through mobile phones. This enables farmer to start the motor from anywhere at convenient time.
This allows user to operate in three modes such as missed call mode, SMS mode and Call mode.
When motor receive SMS or Call from user, the motor starts and sends back acknowledgement.
To switch OFF the motor, another signal is sent from the mobile and an acknowledgement is
sent to the mobile once the operation gets over.
Project4: Embedded Evaluation Board
Responsibility: PCB Design and Hardware Components Assembling
Team Size: 1
Environment: Eagle CAD
Description: The purpose of evaluation board is to train the student with embedded system. The
evaluation board which has modules like LCD, set of Green and Red LEDs,7 segment, Set of
five switches, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Microcontroller slot, Stepper Motor,DTMF decoder,IR sensor,
Temperature sensor.
Project 5: Automatic Water Level Control System
Responsibility: Software Development, PCB Design and Hardware Components Assembling
Team Size: 2
Environment: ATmega 328
Description: This product is to control the Water pumps. When the water level in the overhead
tank exceeds the required level, the pump automatically turns off and stops the pumping thus
preventing the over flow of water. It uses a relay to cut off the power supply to the water pump.
Project6: Automatic Light Controlling System
Responsibility: Software Development and Hardware Assembling

Environment: ATmega 328
Description: The aim of this protect is to automate lights in home without human effort. An
External Real-Time Clock chip is interfaced with Controller to keep track of time.

It has combined Automation Software and reliable electronic control hardware which facilitates easy access to the tools as per the need. It is password protected and has touch screen interface. According to the selection of tool, the controller operates the DC Motor then the selected tool will come out. It has two shelves, Upper shelf is used for micro tools and Lower shelf is used for inserting and cutting tools. Lower shelf has 4 Rows and 8 Columns, which can accommodate 320 tool boxes. Upper selves have 24 boxes for micro tools.

To switch OFF the motor, another signal is sent from the mobile and an acknowledgement is sent to the mobile once the operation gets over. When the water level in the overhead tank exceeds the required level, the pump automatically turns off and stops the pumping thus preventing the over flow of water. It uses a relay to cut off the power supply to the water pump.
