While we'd like to think executing our plans will be like cruising down the highway, often the journey becomes more like taking a back road in a blizzard. Strategic initiatives take precedence over operational challenges, and operational issues sometimes bring strategic progress to a halt.
If you have a plan, but have failed to make progress, then the IT Traction Control program is for you.

outlines your goals and objectives for (at least) one year,
and is the basis for customizing Traction Control for your
needs.
2. Exclusive Membership: Applications are accepted
quarterly, or at any time by referral. The program lasts a
year and may be renewed for as long as you receive value.

14. • Training and coaching priorities are
established by your Road Map.

the program based on your current needs.
• The total cost of the program may be tied to
completed objectives.

18. FA Q : S TA F F
• How many staff members may attend or participate
in the training? All of them. There is no limit to the
number of staff. Non-IT staff may also participate if you
like.
• Is training progress tracked? Yes. We're glad you
asked.
• Do managers/directors have access to staff
training? Yes. Your management team will have access
to the same training opportunities available to staff.
19. FA Q : K E Y P L AY E R S
• How many managers/directors may participate?
The base price includes 5 members of your
management team. Additional (simultaneous)
members may participate for a reasonable, per person
fee.
• Can I rotate members of my management team to
keep the limit to 5? (Thus saving a bit of cash?)
Yes. You are free to rotate members in and out of the
program as needed.
20. FA Q : L E A D E R S H I P
• What if I don’t have a road map? No problem. We can
suggest resources for do-it-yourself road-mapping or
help you develop one for a nominal fee.
• How is the cost of the program “tied to completed
objectives”? There is a base cost for program
membership. When you join, we agree to an additional,
flat fee paid upon each objective we help you complete.
• Can I add or change objectives during the course of
the year? Absolutely.
21. FA Q : L E A D E R S H I P
• What does “virtual office hours” mean? A
consultant is available at dedicated times each month
on a first-come, first-served basis.
• So do I need to schedule time for office hours? Yes.
We block off the hours, but still need to know who
wants to take advantage of the time.
• Do you offer dedicated one-on-one coaching? Yes.
For an additional per person fee.
22. FA Q : L E A D E R S H I P
• ACME organization is our avowed enemy, and we’re
going to be members of the same program!? Won’t
they see our weaknesses? No. Our member concierge
sets up access restrictions so that only your organization
(or your pod) may access potentially sensitive materials.
• What do you mean “pod”? We encourage groups of
organizations to sign up together to achieve mutual
benefit. These groups form a “pod”, which might be
sister organizations, participants in shared services, or
some other natural collection.
23. FA Q : G E N E R A L
• How is the program billed? There is a base cost for the
program, with optional add-ons for additional resources and
objectives.
• What are the payment terms? You may pay monthly or a
year in advance. Payment is due upon membership
acceptance.
• Can I cancel at any time? Due to the nature of the work, we
strongly encourage a one year commitment, but you may
cancel at any time. Refunds are prorated up to the time of
cancellation.
24. FA Q : G E N E R A L
• Can you summarize the add-ons? These are: 1)
Additional key players (greater than 5), 2) Dedicated
one-on-one coaching and consulting, and 3) Support
and consulting for specific objectives.
• Ok, it sounds great, but what is all this going to cost
me? To keep this presentation fresh, we do not publish
the costs here. We are happy to discuss the costs and
benefits in a discovery call. However, we believe you’ll
find the hybrid mix of professional development and
consulting extremely valuable.
